What are your Payment Options?
We accept all major credit cards and electronic checks through ‘Pay pal’. It is used as a secure way to submit payment.

 

What is your Returns Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.safiyyahstudio.co.uk may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to
info@safiyyahstudio.co.uk and include your name, the item, and invoice number. Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer.

If you find goods to be defective or damaged, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. Safiyyah Studio is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.

 

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped (using UPS for international and royal mail for domestic orders) within three business days after Payment has deposited payment in Safiyyah Studio’s bank account.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. Please allow two weeks for delivery in UK.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes! All international orders are final purchase. All International orders are subject to extra handling time and duties from the destination country’s customs office. Please note, we are not responsible for customs and duties charges or shipping delays. Once you have placed your order, the shipping calculator will give you a price depending on your country. Please allow up to 14 working days for international deliveries to arrive.

Additional charges to International Orders

An order may be subject to additional custom and local taxation charges in certain countries. When ordering goods from Safiyyah Studio for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

 

What medium are your original art pieces?
They are original hand painted watercolour and mixed media artworks. They come unframed.

*Many of Safiyyah’s paintings use mixed media. This includes watercolours, inks, dyes, Gouache and Acrylic. Due to the nature of watercolour and inks these mediums can fade over time. We suggest keeping these artworks away from direct sunlight and ideally behind UV Plexi or UV glass.*

How do you create your scarves?
Each scarf begins as a hand painted piece of artwork in the studio, which is then digitally printed onto the softest modal/cotton woven blend

 

Why is there a colour difference between my scarves?
Each piece is hand produced using the best materials and although we make every effort to ensure the colours, finishes and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product.

 

How should I clean my scarf?
Because the scarves are a cotton/modal woven blend, all our scarves are Dry Clean Only.
