FAQ
-
How can I buy a painting?
Right now, the only way to purchase a painting is by being a subscriber. As a subscriber, you'll get exclusive access to the shop when new pieces become available. You can [sign up here] to join and view the shop.
-
When are new paintings released?
I don’t follow a set release schedule, and I don’t always release paintings as a collection. Each piece is created with intention, and I release new work when it feels ready. If you're a subscriber, you'll be the first to know when a new painting is available in the shop.
-
Are all your sourced frames antique?
Sourcing frames is a key part of my process. Whenever possible, I use true antique frames, and if a painting is framed in one, it will always be noted in the listing.
However, for certain standard-sized paintings, finding a perfect antique match can be challenging. In these cases, I work closely with my local framer to source antique-style frames that stay true to the original aesthetic and complement the artwork beautifully.
-
Do you offer prints?
No, I don’t offer prints. My work is rooted in originality, and I believe there’s something special about owning a one-of-a-kind painting. Prints just don’t capture the essence of an original, and my brand is all about unique, hand-painted art.
-
Do you accept commissions for original artwork?
Yes! I do accept commissions. If you’re interested in a custom piece, you can fill out my [commissions form here], and I’ll be in touch to discuss your vision.

What is your return policy?

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

-
How and when do you ship original artwork?
Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Large paintings are wrapped in vellum, tied with a velvet ribbon, and shipped in a sturdy, foam-layered box. Smaller pieces are packed just as thoughtfully in a smaller box.
All paintings are shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking included. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be prepped before shipping—I do my best to get your artwork on its way as soon as possible!
-
Do you ship internationally?
I ship internationally apart form EU countries. This will remain the case for the foreseeable.
-
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every order is packaged with care before it leaves my studio. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order so I can assist you in handling the situation.
