PRINTS

  • When are prints available to purchase?

    Safiyyah releases print collections to purchase twice a year during a timed release. Once in May and again in November (just in time for Christmas) The time and date will be announced before the sale and the best way to keep up to date with this is to sign up to the collectors list here

    The remaining months, Safiyyah shines a spotlight on the print of the month of her choice which is only available with in that month.

  • What is a timed release?

    A timed release is when prints are only available for a set amount of time.

  • What is a limited edition?

    Limited edition prints are prints that are have a set quantity ahead of time.

  • Will you sell out of prints?

    limited edition prints sell out very quickly which is why Safiyyah has chosen timed releases. It allows everyone to purchase as many prints as they would like with in those two days for the collection release and within that month for the spotlight print of the month.

  • What size are the prints?

    Safiyyah will be offering A sizes for UK customers Photo sizes for international customers. You will see A4, A3, A2, A1 and their closest equivalent sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 20x30.

  • How much do the prints cost?

    Prints can cost any where as low as £43 to £150

  • When will my order arrive?

    Shipping begins 1 month after the end of the sales.

  • Can I purchase older prints?

    Older prints are not available to purchase again. The prints that are available will not be offered again.

  • Can I pre-order prints, I wont be available on the day?

    Prints are only available to purchase with in the timed release period. If you are not available on those two days you would need to ask a friend to step in. The monthly spotlight print will be released on the 26th of every month which gives you some time to make orders until the end of the month.

  • Are all the prints signed and numbered?

    All prints are signed, numbered.

  • How should I frame my new paper print?

    You should choose archival materials and UV glass when framing. Its best to have the print in your hand before buying a frame.

  • When do you begin shipping?

    Shipping starts 1 month after the sale period

  • What shipping service do you use?

    Safiyyah ships with FedEx and requires a signature for delivery

  • Do you ship world wide?

    Safiyyah Ships world wide. Import, taxes and duties apply to you if you are outside the UK. Depending on your country guidelines. Import and taxes are charged by the courier prior to the delivery

  • Can I update or change my shipping address?

    Yes. Please email info@safiyyahstudio.co.uk to update your details.

  • Can you combine orders if i place more then one?

    Yes! Please email Info@safiyyahstudio.co.uk to combine orders with in 48 hours of your order. Shipping will be reimbursed to your original form of purchase. Requests to combine orders after the time frame can be combined if possible but no shipping refunds will be given.

  • Can I commission a painting?

    Safiyyah has periods of time throughout the year where she open up commission work to her Collectors circle which is a close membership of art collectors. If you would like to join please click here.

  • How do I buy an original painting?

    The best way to get your hands on an original piece is to be a member of the Collectors circle. This is a close circle paid membership or art collectors. New original pieces are released every month. To find out more please email Safiyyah HEAR
